Speaker 0: My name is Stephanie Jones, and I'm the head of audit and risk here at IdeaGen.
Speaker 0: And I will be going through the first quarter roadmap for IdeaGen audit quality.
Speaker 0: I would like to first take you through a disclaimer
Speaker 0: that the information contained in this roadmap is confidential and the copyright
Speaker 0: I also want to point out that this roadmap is at our discretion
Speaker 0: and it is subject to change.
Speaker 0: So starting with what we shipped
Speaker 0: the first thing I want to talk about is bulk actions,
Speaker 0: which really streamlines
Speaker 0: administrative tasks
Speaker 0: and reduces clicks by allowing certain actions such as deleting items,
Speaker 0: changing the status of items, and changing the type of items
Speaker 0: to be performed in bulk.
Speaker 0: The second is the ability to hide residual risk. So utilizing the system settings feature that was introduced
Speaker 0: last quarter to disable residual risk functionality
Speaker 0: throughout the application.
Speaker 0: And then the third is hiding other items as well, things like incidents and principal risks. So also using that system settings to allow for other unused features to be hidden from the UI at the customer tenant level.
Speaker 0: And now going through what we are currently working on for first quarter.
Speaker 0: The first is assessment UI changes,
Speaker 0: and that involves a visual and functional refresh
Speaker 0: designed to improve the user's daily workflow.
Speaker 0: That was released in January
Speaker 0: The next item is document handling, which will be released in February 2026.
Speaker 0: And that is utilizing a Microsoft WAPI integration
Speaker 0: where users can now edit documents in app and also simultaneously.
Speaker 0: And the last item is accessibility,
Speaker 0: and that is allowing keyboard shortcuts to support our strategy to have accessible software.
Speaker 0: And then after that, we are working on a reporting API
Speaker 0: where users can query metadata in app and then utilize a reporting API
Speaker 0: to supplement reporting in BI intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Speaker 0: The second item is report designer, so building custom templates
Speaker 0: and assessment reports utilizing
Speaker 0: both standard and custom fields.
Speaker 0: And then the third is dual assessments,
Speaker 0: and that's utilizing work performed in one assessment into a separate assessment,
Speaker 0: saving time, saving the the need to copy and paste, and overall saving the number of clicks. And this really allows firms
Speaker 0: run dual assessments
Speaker 0: at the same time, and those assessments may cover different standards that the firm is required to comply to.
Speaker 0: And then for the rest of the year, we are very excited to introduce AgenTic AI, and that is utilizing our Maslant AgenTic AI to transform
Speaker 0: how audit quality teams operate.
Speaker 0: The second is around connectivity.
Speaker 0: So leveraging off of that one way reporting API, this is referring to enabling two way APIs and self serve data imports to allow flow of information into and out of the software. And
Speaker 0: then the third is continuous improvements,
Speaker 0: further developing and enhancing our core feature set based upon customer feedback.
Speaker 0: Thank you for joining me for this roadmap for Idea Gen audit quality. And if you have any questions,
Speaker 0: please reach out to your account manager.
