Ideagen Audit Quality Roadmap (2025 Q3)
The head of audit and risk at Ideagen explains that the roadmap for Ideagen Audit Quality is confidential and subject to change at the discretion of Ideagen. The company is working on improving residual risk management and dual assessments for their financial year, as well as implementing multi-year adjustments to their system settings and Agentic AI features. They plan to continue their partnership with firms to ensure the right features are in place at the right time to execute their systems of quality management.

So what we shipped in our second quarter of our financial year which is 08/20/2025

So the first is an integration with Ideagen Hub. Hub is a command center where users log in to access Ideagen audit

quality. They also have access to training resources, content, and community.

We also have released privacy controls to align with GDPR

requirements.

This really restricts user access for

ensure that everyone is seeing only what they are supposed to be seeing within the software.

And third, we have introduced

system settings. And this allows customers to define

whether certain features are made available or excluded from the software.

So right now that is able to be toggled on for

those GDPR privacy controls, but in an upcoming release we will be able to do that for residual risk. And that is what we are currently working on now, uh from November 2025 to January

So the big one is around residual risk

and hiding those elements

of residual risk if that is not needed.

And that will be again able to be toggled on and off through the system settings features.

The second release feature that we are working on is around document handling.

So utilizing

a Microsoft WAPI integration,

users will be able to edit documents in app and simultaneously,

reducing any clunkiness of downloading a file, making changes to that file, and re uploading it. So we've heard your feedback on that, and we are making that change through this Microsoft WAPI integration.

And then what's coming after the next financial year quarter

is dual assessments.

That's something that we are working on currently to define the requirements for what that looks like, but basically will allow firms to effectively manage multiple regulatory quality frameworks including ISQM one and QC 1,000.

And to have those as separate assessments

within the software,

but recognizing

that much of the work is the same for those.

We are also looking at the roll forward refresh.

So that is the ability to refresh the latest work performed to ensure that the rolled forward assessment has the most updated data.

can occur today, um, however the refresh of any updated

information is not in place currently, and we recognize that that is something that is needed as firms move from one year's assessment to the next.

we are working on the Agentic AI features. So utilizing Maslach and agentic AI to really transform how audit quality teams operate

and to make things more efficient, faster, more effective,
