My name is Stephanie Jones and I'm going to go through the roadmap for IdeaGen internal audit in IdeaGen risk management.
I would like to point out this disclaimer that the information contained in this roadmap is confidential in the copyright of IdeaGen PLC.
This roadmap is for informational
any time by the discretion of Ideagen.
I'd like to first go through what we have most recently shipped. This is for our quarter two of our financial year which is August
The first thing is our integration with Ideagen Hub. So Hub is the command center where users log in to access the software
being Ideagen internal audit or Ideagen risk management.
There's also training resources there, content, and community.
The second feature that we shipped was around the record page configuration.
So this allows customers to have the ability to both reorder and also hide custom fields and standard fields. And this really provides the ultimate flexibility
within the software itself.
So before customers were able to
add whatever custom fields they wanted,
but things could not be reordered or hidden. So we've heard you and we've added that new functionality as well.
The third feature that we've recently shipped is around system settings and this really sets us up for going forward.
So we've had a lot of feedback
that there are certain pieces of the functionality
that are not required by specific customers. This could be things like timesheets
or different GDPR location rule rules
or if you want to hide residual risk.
So with the latest version
we have added the ability to set up system settings so that features are able to be hidden and we will continue to add to that list as we release additional functionality.
What we are currently working on, this is as of November
we are actively working on user resourcing.
So the past few releases have allowed
audits to be established and created and tagged to an audit plan.
We added in a Gantt chart that allowed audits to be placed within a plan calendar.
And now the third piece of this is around user resourcing.
So auditors can be assigned
to audits that are in that audit plan. And you can see whether an auditor is under or over utilized.
We are also working on residual risk. So as I mentioned in the previous slide, utilizing those system settings to disable residual risk functionality
if only inherent risk is required.
And then the third feature that we are currently working on is around document handling.
So again based on feedback from customers,
we knew that we needed to improve
How things are brought into the software,
how they are downloaded, saved, reuploaded,
and really we wanted to streamline that streamline that process.
So through a Microsoft WAPI integration,
users will be able to have in app edit capabilities,
um, they'll be able to lock files or work on them simultaneously
and the download process is much more streamlined.
And then after that, looking forward
we will have our report designer,
the ability to build custom templates and audit reports utilizing standard and custom
fields. We also continue to improve our
and just allow our software to become closer to compliance.
This includes things like having pills
or buttons instead of pills and,
uh, as they're displayed within the within the software.
And then finally, Agentic AI. And this is something that we are very excited to talk about in utilizing Ideagen's Maslin, Agentic AI to really transform
how internal audit and and enterprise risk management teams operate.
And then as we look forward to our next financial year, so beyond
Um, what we are looking at is connectivity.
So having API's and self serve data imports to really allow that flow of information into and out of the software.
So releasing KPI and KRI functionality
to really track and measure that performance of an organization.
This is something that, um, some of our previous software did very well. So we want to introduce that into our next gen software.
And then also just continuous improvements. So as we continue to receive customer feedback,
we want to incorporate that into the software.
So thank you so much for listening to this road map presentation, and I look forward to, um, addressing
providing these going forward. If you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager at any time. Thank you.
